HOW AND WHY I MADE THE MODUDEY SYSTEM?
EVERY BEGINNING IS IMPORTANT.
AT THE BEGINNING OF THE DAY IS THE PLACE OF MODUDEY.
Why do people often give up sports and dancing, when they reach a turning point in the years? Because they forgot about the beginning. The correct output, starting point is one of the most important factors for success. The daily return to the beginning can certainly shoot to the next higher levels, and at the same time man has set foot on his sound foundations.
ModuDay is not exactly a pre-workout warm-up, and consciously, patient and consistent examination of the condition of the body. In the repetitions of the exercises, each movement naturally deepens and develops at each subsequent turn, without causing physical and mental trauma. It looks external, that you work slowly, but this is too misleading, because you are progressing in depth. It is the depth of abilities that is your fuel and your prerequisite for a successful start.
The system appeared, as I was trying to find a way to continue training after many injuries. I saw people, who seemed to have dropped out after ceasing to engage in sports or professional dancing. Their bodies had forgotten all success, and their psyche had memorized the frantic loads to the limit. I understood why they thought, that they would not be able to regain their former good physical shape, going through all the trials again - family and work care limited the hours for recreation and sports, and leisure entertainment often consisted only of listening to and watching electronic media.
One day I decided to check, whether only with pleasure and perseverance can a good effect be achieved, as some athletes reach, who say: "Without pain there is no progress." So I started to systematize my training. I set a two-month deadline, during which with hard work and discipline I managed to achieve great results. On October 19, 2011, I finally finished and named the system - ModDay. I decided that the name was not accidental. It is related to the history of the creation of this rehabilitation, improvement program. This is a term, which did not exist before and means exactly this lifestyle and preparation of the body without pain.
This was followed by two years of training with people of different ages and with different physical data. All - from 7 up to the age of 70 - they took training easily.
